Enjoy Hotel Am Studio, Berlin

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and large, providing a great value for the price. Mrs Urszula from the 7th floor went above and beyond to ensure we had a decent signal, displaying excellent service. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Berlin city. The dining experience, although a bit expensive, offered delicious and diverse options. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean but had poor air circulation, uncomfortable beds, and a terrible shower. Additionally, the carpet smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location, while a bit far from the city center, was conveniently close to the Berlin Central Bus Station. The dining options were good overall but a bit on the expensive side. The facilities were decent, although there were some drawbacks in the room comfort.

The service was incredibly friendly, with helpful staff who assisted me with printing my ticket and even allowed multiple room changes until I got a good signal. The location, although a bit far from the city center, was incredibly convenient being just around the corner from Berlin Central Bus Station and accessible via various transport options. The dining experience was satisfactory, but a bit expensive despite the good selection. The facilities provided were adequate as well.
